I am very anti meds during pregnancy and had HORRIBLE morning sickness and a half of a Unisom with a vitamin B6 at night worked wonders for me!Unisom and B6 are an extremely safe combo in pregnancy - in the same category as Tylenol I believe. I take a full tab of Unisom and night and 50 mg of B6 per my OB’s advice. She also advised taking B6 in the morning and at lunch but it never did anything for me.
