For the OP, my suggestion would be to do a run of dailies, then do a few runs of DA, asking people to pass you tokens.AFAIK, you can only get the +1/3/5/20 hearts from the store (intentionally). Although, I have received at least one heart (Heart of Wood IIRC) from gold daily dice (random chance) and two from looting chests (random chance) years ago... both were +1 hearts. From the Token of the Twelve Vendor you can get Heroic Hearts of Wood and Heroic Hearts ...You can convert Tokens of the Twelve into Purified Eberron Dragonshard Fragments, often the most expensive part of U32's Cannith Crafting update. Cultural still works differently than the rest so until the devs confirm the mechanic, take the Cultural section with a grain of salt, though "Any" should still drop the appropriate Culturals. II.
