I think you will be fine with "mineral oil" vs. synthetic and others have said that the specific weight you have is okay (I know nothing about the weight issue). Drain Plugs. If you dont have the owners manual I just wanted to tell you that there is 2 drain plugs. One at the front of the motor and one towards the back. Yes it was expensive. The "oil" was probably just sooty water (condensation). I think if you had oil present in the exhaust pipes you would be blowing quite a bit of blue smoke. Rejet the bike and you should be fine. Honda recommends 8,000 miles on a change with natural oil. . . You guys that are changing every 2,000 miles to 5,000 miles should really consider having that used oil tested just once to see actually how well that oil is and how your engine is doing. If you dont have the owners manual I just wanted to tell you that there is 2 drain plugs. One at the front of the motor and one towards the back. There is also crush washers on the drain plugs, make sure you put them back on or replace them every 2 or 3 oil changes.My old mechanic used mineral oil for the motor, I thought it used Honda 60 oil.
