That sounds like some kind of electrical interlock problem. The shifter has solenoids to lock things down and unlock them, and it has an encoder to report what gear you're in. Not sure how much of a mechanical connection there is on the 2015's though.It could be just the solenoid valve pack, a quick fix not requiring the transmission to be dropped. If the transmission needs to be rebuilt or even replaced, expect about 3 weeks (or slightly more) given the process the dealer has to go through with Ford. Trust me it's not as difficult as it looks!When you put it in drive or reverse you can see the whole engine and tranny get sucked down and engaged then the violent shakes happen. Once you get going, they go away. Not in park or neutral. After further research I either believe it to be a vacuum leak or map sensor issue.
