The amount of Fusion Cores I come across is beyond ridiculous. There's even workshops for it. Power Armor is borderline OP and when something has this level of benefit I think it should be more of a rare commodity. At the final boss pull out your Prime Gat Plasma for 2-4 cores. If you really aren't using it constantly you shouldn't ever run out as long as you do 1 per day. Pure convenience, I'd say, but I guess it depends on how many problems you have getting fusion cores. For me it's just nice to have. The way they sell it is bad, though; you can't buy it with Atoms, only money.
