Within seconds my EAD was updated to transferred to different jurisdiction for faster processing. I am waiting for green card application to say approved and card is sent to be produced. My interview was waived as well. 🥹485 Approval after Medical RFE. Hi all, My status has been RFER (RFE Received) for 53 days. The RFP was for Medical/i693 form. I’ve seen people getting approved within days or a few weeks of submitting. I beleive I can open SR at 60 day mark.To the folks who have received their Green Cards recently : How long did it take since you submitted medicals via RFE to when you actually got the Green Cards? Just trying to estimate time.. I got a RFE recently Also does the AP still hold good for travel even if I-485 status shows RFE? Thanks.
