When the killer knocks down and picks up a survivor, you can run up to them to provide a bonus to wiggle. Additionally, you can try to sabotage the hook the killer is approaching. Stunning with a PalletOnce DS is used the killer is only stunned for about 2 seconds and the distance you get is non-existent. At this point DS is a bait perk and nothing more. It's okay to reset your deepwound if u run DH and OTR.
